These are our two most-booked sessions, and the question we hear most is simply: which one should I get? Both will leave you renewed — they just get you there in different ways. Here’s how to choose.
Choose Swedish if you want to feel light and easy
Swedish is the gentler of the two. Long, flowing, medium-pressure strokes move steadily over your shoulders, back and limbs, easing away the weight of a busy week. It’s calming without being sleepy, and you finish feeling light, refreshed and recharged. If it’s your first massage, if you’re not sure what you want, or if you simply want to switch off and reset, Swedish is the easy, welcoming choice.
Choose deep tissue if you carry tension you can feel
Deep tissue uses firmer, slower, more focused pressure to reach the deeper layers of muscle. If you’ve got stubborn tightness in your neck, shoulders or lower back — the kind that builds from long hours at a desk, hard gym sessions or Lagos traffic — this is the one that reaches it. It’s intentional and targeted, and yes, it can feel intense in the moment, but you get up feeling unknotted, looser and fully revitalized.
A simple rule of thumb
Want to feel renewed and weightless? Go Swedish. Want specific knots worked out and released? Go deep tissue. And you don’t have to commit to one forever — many of our regulars alternate: Swedish for a gentle weekly reset, deep tissue when tension has built up and needs releasing.
Can’t decide? Tell us how you feel
Message us on WhatsApp and describe what’s going on — desk-bound and stiff, sore from training, or just drained — and we’ll match you to the right session. Either way, your therapist comes to you, anywhere in Lagos, any hour.
